How do you allow for expansion in your life?

Posted on Aug 7th, 2008 by Tim : Traveler Tim
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for August 07, 2008:

I love the great questions that come across my email every mornining.  So the first way I expand is by thinking about the questions ands reflections.   I think the best way to describe how I expand is slowly.  I have a tendency to let what ever catches my attention sit for awhile then eventually I read about it.  Try to practice it a little bit and then if I can find a way to teach it I teach it.  I find teaching it helps me solidify what was calling to my soul in the first place then I can apply it even more.

Lost in a world

I don't know if anyone is reading this but I needed to put this down.   As a minister who works with kids and tries to understand their spirituality I sometimes wonder if I am in the wrong proffession.  I have a son who has aspergers and that probably came through my family DNA which means I probably have some PDD.  I love kids and I used to think I could bring them on a spiritual journey lately I have began to wonder if i was only dreaming.  I am very progressive in theology and kids who go to that kind of church have a tendency not to relate to anything spiritual.  I sometime wonder if it has to do with the fact that I am in a christian church.  My understanding of Jesus is one who brought both enlightened understanding of God to us as well as an enlightened view of the message of God. So to the universe at large this is the question of my blog rant,  where do I belong in the crazy world? As of mon oct 13 I am no longer at my church and am now trying to figure out wether this is a blessing and a time to throw off my shackles of organized religion or is it time to move to another place.
